Pole Checkout / Rental
We offer some poles to check-out / rent to supplement the poles you bring. We are delighted to partner with PVR again to help streamline the process. If you do not already have the App, please download it below. Pole selection is limited and check-out rental is limited to 1 pole at a time. There will be a small fee to check-out poles, which will cover in/out access. There is simply no way that we can accommodate poles all the vaulters traveling to the Pole Vault Summit – we strongly encourage you to bring your own poles and use this service to supplement. The PVR App will make this process fast and easy.

We’re thrilled to have you join us at the upcoming 2026 Reno Pole Vault Summit and wanted to send a quick reminder regarding equipment rentals. While we encourage each athlete to supply their own poles, in order to support record breaking PRs, we will be offering a limited selection of rentals. To ensure a smooth and efficient meet, please take a moment to download or update the PVR mobile app: the platform we will be using to manage pole rentals at the event.

3. Visit pole rental desk at the Livestock Arena to pick up pole.
